The question that needs some answers is: Will the abilities added into H5G MP be useable in campaign?

Well we don’t know it yet. Atleast I haven’t seen any discussion about it anywhere nor anything on articles. I think that it is plausible that the SA’s are in Campaign.
In Locke’s missions, yes. Mike Colter said that Locke has some cool new abilities, so I assume he refers to SAs.
I am certain the Locke sections have the new abilities. In fact he probably has more of them and they are more powerful. The John sections may not have the new mechanics and if they do not then his missions will play in a similar manner to those found in 4.
