Will there be anything like the Bungie.net nameplates?
Just an aesthetic thing but it was nice to see who uses forums or who has been playing Halo for years and years.

I personally enjoyed having a nameplate, so i hope they bring them back.

Its likely, itd be a nice extra for those who have played through the series I would say. I am just sad that I cant recover my Halo 2 memory from a old account 
and merge it to my new account, if anyone knows of a way to do so I’d gladly say thank you.

That’s a little disappointing. Is there any news on having legacy like in Reach?
I actually quite liked nameplates. Don’t see a good reason for 343 to remove them.

Bungie didn’t announce the nameplates until they updated their site for the release of Halo Reach.
Maybe you’ll get a special pose/stance for your character model depending on what games you’ve played, what difficulties you’ve completed them on or ranks achieved in them.
Or an emblem.

True but considering 343’s current track record of revealing everything… lol. I would have said we’d know by now.

well, considering that even the true-skill ranking is still in development, maybe a couple of other online based aspects, like the nameplate, are also still in development.

I was already told. There will be no nameplates available in Halo 4. Sorry.
Player stance is the new nameplate, I’m assuming.
The multiplayer lobby isn’t the same like in previous Halo games. Now you have “playing card” like nameplates where you see each spartan layout and their name and emblem. Maybe they would allow you to change the background of the card?
