TSIA, do you think that possibly Gek will follow Thorne and Glassman and find a way on board Infinity somehow using the artifact?
I think he intends to kill them, to Jul failure is not a option, yet Jul’s true plan has yet to be revealed.
Gek will likely either be killed or succeed in killing Glassman or Thorne, but if neither of those happen I could definitely see Gek leading the assault on the Infinity through meanings of use the Artifact as a teleportation device.
He might observe them leaving for Requiem and launch the assault, possibly without Jul’s permission.
What if Gek sees the light and joins our side if he talks to the Librarian? Just a thought, but I think it would be pretty interesting.
Anyway, I think it very likely that Gek will follow Thorne and Glassman. He probably sees it as an infringement on his honor for not only letting them go but accidentally killing the entire force that was chasing them. Maybe he’s the one who disfigures Thorne (if he is disfigured)?
There’s no way that Gek doesn’t follow them.
Even without the Sangheilis’ over-inflated sense of honor, I would try and hunt them down after all that.
Have you seen the new Spartan Ops episode 7 trailer? Episode 7 will be called “Invasion”. It looks like the Elites and Prometheans have boarded the UNSC Infinity, but I’m not sure if we’ll get to play missions on the UNSC Infinity as I don’t think we have the Spartan Ops maps for it.
Oh, Gek will without a doubt make it onto the Infinity. He’s a rather curious character, I’m interested in seeing a lot more of him!
I don’t care because Gek perpetuates the weird notion in Halo 4 that main characters should not wear helmets, and on Sangheili this just looks weird!
