I always wondered, becuase I definetly don’t want to spend more cash for a code via ebay. I’m hoping in the near future, 343 would eventually announce the content being available to the public.

So, basically, the answer is we don’t know if it WILL be released in the future, just that some, or maybe even all of it, MAY be.

What’s the point in having exclusive armour if it doesn’t remain exclusive?

Pretty sure it was stated somewhere that FOTUS and Recruit PRIME would NOT be made available outside the console and LE. I don’t have any handy links however.

It’s pretty obvious when you prepare to click and link and you see something like FOOL.JPG in the URL that it’s fake. Next time try uploading your troll image to a different site and changing the image name to something less obvious.

Your question implies it was a 343 employee exclusive or something, like recon in Halo 3’s early days which was initially Bungie employees only.
FOTUS has always been available to the public.
All a member of the public had to do in order to get it was purchase a Halo 4 limited edition XBox 360.
So it IS available to the public. Members of the public who purchase the required Halo 4 merchandise.

He has a point though - FOTUS was fairly available to everyone… with the money to afford a new console
I’d probably be OK with it being released close to the launch of Halo 5 but I’m not sure about releasing it too soon before then.
Yeah, I’d be fine with them releasing the preorder stuff though I think it is unlikely, but the LE and Fotus stuff should stay exclusive.

Yeah I can see them doing it then, or at the release of Halo 6. I wonder if GRD will be in Halo 5?
From what I can remember, I think FOTUS is not included in that “we may release all preorder bonus” thing.
FOTUS will never be made available via Xbox Live Marketplace. It was a Content available only through buying a high quality special item, the Halo 4 Console.
It was quite available to buy from Ebay for a while there from those who were not interested in the Armor DLC itself but the other bonuses.
But no, it is a Exclusive DLC, and it has been said by several 343i Employees, that it will never be made available in any other way.
Oh my god come on there is one of these threads every -Yoink!- day kids the armor will not come out . The guys that pay 100 dollars for the Le would be how u say rippt off ( sorry for my English ) .
