Will forge be playable with friends? I know that sounds like a dumb question but this is halo infinte.
Stuff we could do as standard isnt always there and im yet to see footage of two players forging at the same time.
I used to love building maps with my friends and really hope we will be able to do that in infinite.
Should be able to, though the more players, the more likely it’ll be that something doesn’t work right.
Forge is set to be in beta for nearly a year.
I’ll wager that it is, given that getting into it right now involves the custom games functionality.
Knowing 343, it will somehow not be playable at all 
Do we even know if Forge will ba available to be played offline yet? We already know we can’t with Infinite campaign for xbox but for some bizarre reason we’re allowed to for custom bots multi. Does this also mean Forge will allow for offline play? But then there’s Halo 5 Forge which is also online only while Halo 5 campaign were still allowed to play offline. Sure is confusing and certainly 343 like to keep us on our toes bless their socks. I remember when everything just worked both online and online
If Forge is once again offline only then potentially all creations could one day be lost of course because the authentication involved might not exist. It never used to be a problem until 343 started making these modes only accessible when online and is a real concern for some creators that would rather not lose their work. Especially when you consider just how much more advanced the new Forge will be and what that means for how great these builds will be
You mean “online only” in that last part, right? Because offline storage of maps and modes would be the exact opposite of this problem: a solution.
But yeah, I agree. Having it be online-only again would be a big downside.
Will Forge be playable with friends. Well? This is what they gotta fix this first!
2. Forge won’t be worth a crap without a Custom Game Browser.
Now I have had friends join me in a Custom Game but it was a pain on the hiney to set up. If you are talking about joining a person that is in forge. I don’t see why not!
