Will Elites be playable in Halo 5?

Hey there,
Just curious if anyone from either 343 industries or in general have any info on whether or not elites will be playable again in halo (Primarily for Matchmaking and Customs)? Or maybe if someone could put up a link to this topic if it was already discussed?
