will either make it or break it

Despite what the Reach fan-boys say, halo reach has been dead from the start and you all know it. YOU may like halo reach but the other 1.9MILLION that was on Halo 3 daily for the first 2 years, do NOT. The reason being? Well, reach took out the battle rifle, nuff said.
Who ever says the BR sucks once again look at the stats and how many people are actually still playing reach. Maybe YOU hate it but the MAJORITY of the halo fanbase DOES NOT. Majority MATTERS. Then they take out what was the only thing halo had that every other game diddnt, Ranked ranks. How the hell do you remove ranks? What do you think kept people playing? In reach the CoD ranks dont appeal to anyone, all they show is how much you play.
So basically im just saying if halo 4 does not include these 2 things that made halo 2/3 such a success then it WILL break the game. We play halo to play halo, not some cheap game made to appease to call of duty players.

I loved the DMR sooooo much better than the BR. But I highly doubt that has anything to do with the game’s popularity. As a matter of fact, I was under the impression that Reach was very popular.

not at all, trust me i have played halo reach since day 1, the very dat it came out it had 500,000 people on and that was the most it EVER was, since release it dropped to 100,000/ Now its under 100,000 most days even after a brand new expansion for it was released (anniv). Halo 3 had around 2 million every day for the first 2 WHOLE years. Halo reach hasnt even been out for 1 year yett. its sad

Well yes the DMR was a downgrade from the fun BR, but the BR wasn’t the only thing bad about Reach; it didn’t have as well constructed maps, it didn’t have master chief, the old health system was back, all the original characters were eliminated, equipment was eliminated and armour abilities took their place which weren’t really fun or appopriate for the game at all. I must admit armour abilities weren’t a bad idea but they just didn’t suit the series well enough and it darasticly changed the multiplayer style where we’d now be shooting flying and sprinting spartans that didn’t strafe as much as they used to, which was actually fun. Armour abilities are actually effectively implementable, but they just didn’t feel right considering it was a prequel not a sequel.

Yeah. It was one gun. Sure thing.

It’s because Halo 3 had great and even gameplay with fun maps and fun achievements, Reach mainly has boring forged maps and for those that are not forged the enviroments are all urban with hardly any large indoor and spaceful places like Zanzibar and Foundry, sword base is an exception but wasn’t that great of a map at all.

What happened to maps like Valhalla and Sandtrap? :\

I WAS going to type out a post dissecting every single outrageously stupid claim in this post but I realize as soon as you started to speak in absolutes for the “majority” that this is nothing more than a troll post.
