Legendary XP packs were last in the REQ store around December time. They are available full time in the Microsoft Store if you have a link to access the product page otherwise they are hidden.
As for Double XP events. It’s likely at some point. Although there are playlists that are already 2XP such as Mythic Warzone FF & the featured playlists (they ones with a gold star). It’s easier to get XP now than it has ever been before.
I hope so, I returned to the 152 grind right after they were removed from the in game req store and I refuse to pay with real money online. Although TheDonCJC is correct that it’s far easier to gain XP now than it was in the past so it’s hard to complain too much. I just wish WZFF and xp packs weren’t such a necessity for a reasonable 152 path.
I played decent amount of Arena almost everyday for nearly 4 years straight and barely made it above 10% to 152. No love for the spartans playing breakout apparently, finishing a 6-10 minute match for less than 2k xp is just cruel.

From what I remember the packs would come in once in a while like the other packs but I havent seen them since December.

From what I remember it would sometimes be out with WZ Turbo so maybe at the end of October?

But why buy them in December if the new game is coming out in the fall?

Not really sure to be honest, they’ve been like that for a long time now.
I assume it’s because it’s kind of a “pay to win” strategy for levelling up.

They usually return after a couple of months but recently it has been taking a while
