I realized while watching the Halo 4 trailer(just for the epicness)again,Cortana sounded diffrent.she didnt sound like Jen Taylor at all.i also saw it in a Halo 4 trailer analysis that it said Cortana may not be voiced by Jen Taylor.what do you think?
Wikipedia says Taylor is still the voice of Cortana, but wikipedia isn’t a very reliable source.

I believe someone had confirmed that it is Jen Taylor’s voice in the Halo 4 trailer.
I’m pretty sure that is still Jen Taylor. It wouldn’t make sense to still have Steve Downes play as The Chief but not have Jen Taylor as Cortana again.

Just because she has worked for Bungie won’t mean she’ll be a voice actor for their new game series. She works on other games besides the ones Bungie make you know. Meaning she can still voice Cortana in H4,5, and 6.

She doesn’t work FOR Bungie, she works WITH them. But, by your logic, I guess the people at Rooster Teeth, Penny Arcade, G4, and GameTrailers all work for Bungie and wont do anything about Halo again…

Well you see, she wasn’t just in a video for Nintendo talking about her history working with them. If they went and released one, then yes, she would, but for now, she only works for Bungie.
Well her imdb page says that she is voicing cortana. so i am pre sure that jenn taylor will be the voice of cortana

You’re missing the point.
Voice actors are contract workers. Jen Taylor isn’t a Bungie employee, she’s under contract with them.
It would be absolutely crazy to hire voice actors as permanent employees.

Plus even if she did work for Bungie as a employ, I don’t think Bungie would deny her a chance to work for 343 to voice Cortana.
Shes a voice actor which means shes a free agent. Bungie does not own her.
