You do realize that there was a forge contest for doubles maps, and the top 10 would be sent to 343 for matchmaking within a doubles playlist. To see doubles last for only 1 week would stir up so much controversy, as all the work put out by those forgers would be in vain because their maps wouldn’t even be featured for more than a week.
Doubles is finally in the game?! I have reason to play now! I will be really upset if it lasts a week… I’ve been waiting 9 months for this.

I Really hope you are right, since it really wouldn’t make any sense to hold a Forge contest it it would only Last a week. Even tough the maps are great!

If it’s only here a whole week, that will directly correlate to the amount of time between when I start playing Halo 5 again and when I go back to other games.

It’s been in h5 before. You’ll say it’s great now but once they take it out(again) you’ll call them out (as you should).
It really depends on what sort of traffic it gets. If it gets a high population its likely to stick around or return regularly.

I’m sure it’ll get a large population. This is one of the playlists the community has been begging for, for a long, long time.

I really do hope it will stay, im Having a blast! Its refreshing from all the Arena matches aaaaaaaaaaand i really dig the Forge maps, they play great and look great! Wish 343 would implment more forge maps into the Arena playlist, since pegasus inst really something …
I’ve been wanting this gametype for the longest time.
I really wish it would stay, but knowing 343’s playlist phobia, they’re just going to take it out.
Make some noise and show them you want to keep it. Play it a lot too. That’ll probably do the trick.
Hopefully, long enough that I won’t have to see “WHERE IS MY DOUBLES?!” posts every time I look at these forums for a while.

Then How the -Yoink- did “Shurima” win. That map is seriously one of the worst Halo 5 maps, and that speaks volumes.
I’m glad it’s back! It should stay for good!
But it shouldn’t only be community maps. I hope it’s all week though so I actually get to play it. Can’t play that much on Father’s Day weekend, but ima have to make some time lol.
