Will Bungie come back to Halo?

This is mostly a joke. So please don’t take it too seriously.

With Microsoft acquiring ActivisionBlizzard, does this mean that Activision will become defunct and turn into Microsoft Game Studios (the publisher)?

If so, that means Bungie will be back to working alongside Microsoft which means that they could in theory make another Halo game, or at least be some kind of support studio for it.

Much like Raven Software being a support studio currently under Activision for Call of Duty titles. I like many others are very keen to see what this merger does for the companies and what the result will be.

Bungie split off from Activision in 2019, and they’ve been solo-publishing Destiny 2 ever since.

maybe they will if MS buys them like they bought activation. the MS is kinda like the borg right now. Prepare for assimilation
