Will Buck/the ODST's Be taking part in Halo 4

I was wondering if Buck or any of the other ODST’s we know will be taking part in halo 4 campaign/Spartan ops. I would personally say they did a good job on earth, and, Buck did escape Reach. Plus, Veronica did make an alliance with engeners

I certainly hope so, and after what they pulled off in ODST, it wouldn´t surprise me if they´d be further funneled over to the Spartan 4 program.
I´d prefer them as ODSTs, but I could certainly see them progressing further.

I think they do come back, but maybe that’s just me.

With several THOUSANDS of Spartan IVs on the infinity why bother really with ODSTs? Unless they were upgraded to Spartan IVs themselves

It wouldn’t surprise me if Buck became a Spartan IV. And same goes for the rest of the ODST’s from Halo 3: ODST.

That would be awesome, I have a soft spot for ODSTS.

Would be Hardcore awesomeness if they returned in Halo 4.

ODSTs are my FAVORITE characters in the Halo universe. It would be a like a large knife through my stomach if the ODSTs were made into Spartans. They should stay ODSTs, but they should be in Halo 4 too (at least Buck)

If he’s gotten any better, he’s probably a spartan.

I agree though ODST’s are my favorite soldiers.

And what do you mean she made an alliance with the engies?

Not saying I don’t like ODSTs, but do we really need them anymore? Think about it. If any good soldier can become a Spartan IV, then wouldn’t anyone who was originally an ODST just become a spartan?

I’d like to see them back. One thing, though: what percentage of people on the Infinity are Spartans? Is it almost all, or are their many others like Marines and stuff? If it’s the latter then definitely I want to see ODST’s. It would also be cool seeing them come in around you during combat, or even dropping into battle in an ODST drop pod.
