Since I’ve seen Halo Reach, Halo Wars, Halo 3 (for some odd reason even though we have HMCC), Halo 3:ODST, and Halo Spartan Assault will be backwards compatible on the Xbox One, will they be in 1080p or 60fps? And on that note, will the originals like Halo: CE and Halo 2 ever come? Will PC exclusives ever be ported like Halo PC, Halo 2 Vista, and Halo Spartan Strike? It would be interesting to see XBox, Xbox 360, and Windows games having functionality on the Xbox One.
No, backwards compatibility will just mean that they are compatible to play on the Xbox One. It doesn’t upscale any graphics or framerate.

Actually, it’s been tested: The games will run better on the Xbox One due to the fact that the Xbox One is more powerful. So it will handle framerate a lot better.
