Will Aim-Customization Update Fix Acceleration?

The weekly update explains how the slow turning will be fixed, along with hints about how we will be able to adjust sensitivity by axis and adjust deadzones. But makes no mention about the aim accelaration. Aim acceleration in my mind and in many other’s is the issue impacting the ability to hit our targets the most. I’m just really worried this may never get fixed. I really want to be able to enjoy the latest game in my favorite franchise again. Thoughts?

It’s not hard to get used to. Play some SWAT, that’s how I got my aim up. I can’t understand for the life of me why people are struggling so much to hit their targets.

It’s a problem nuo, ur gold swat rank self is too inept to recognize it. Not a struggle to hit targets. It simply feels off to do so with the acceleration off.

i hope it does, i just can’t find a good sensitivity, the acceleration causes it to be inconsistent, either too fast or too slow.

Presets wouldn’t be a bad idea either

God I pray everyday for them to fix this aim system. I am a long time halo player since day one halo Ce and I can say this aim is messed up. I dont understand it at all. I have put so many hours into it trying to get the hang of it but is iimpossible to master because it is to inconsistent. I cant get perfects because the aim is to squirly. I suggest never zoom which helps and walk the enemy into the cross hairs dont use right stick a lot. This helped but I still cant my other halo stats for this game. Please fix this and stop saying it has a steep learning curve because it doesnt it is just broken. Acelleration and dead zones make a circle of areas that if there is a target there good luck getting cross hairs there to shoot him. This is very sad times…was waiting for this game so long and i am soooooo disapoonted. Way to support legacy players. Ty

Only learning how to aim with the new system will.

The more you play, the easier it gets. Running customs to warm up helps. Halo is one of those games where you really have to warm up on before playing hard.
