Anyone think that 343i has been so quiet on new updates because they’re going to surprise us with one tomorrow, the date of Halo 5’s first anniversary?
I very much doubt that 343 would drop an update on us with no announcement whatsoever.
I mean, we wouldn’t know, or else it wouldn’t be unexpected.
But they aren’t really obligated to, so I don’t keep my hopes up.
Maybe they are maybe not. Who knows, something might be going on.
I wouldn’t bet on it.

I also don’t expect an unannounced drop. Doesn’t seem logical. They haven’t said much of anything about Halo 5’s 1 year. If they were dropping stuff, they could have been hyping it all week without any drawbacks.
I imagine we might get an emblem like the Spartan Claus or the Turkey emblem, if we get anything.

Yeah, if we do get anything, I’m expecting an emblem. A birthday cake emblem, most likely.
An emblem maybe…and I wouldn’t count on that. I’m not sure why people seem to feel so entitled about this. It feels like my nieces’ birthdays when they were younger and I had to get them both a present for either one of their birthdays.

If I’m right, I’m probably going to make a thread titled, “I TOLD YOU SO!” Probably would get locked, due to it lacking anything meaningful to discuss, but it would be satisfying.

Would be nice…but,alas,i don’t think it’s likely.
I hope so because it’s a big event.
