This is probably stating the obvious, but 343 are just the worst at making maps. There is about 1 or 2 “alright” ones. This latest one, Stasis, is just abysmal. Its almost like they don’t play test their maps at all. All they care about is visuals (which they do a good job on, they look good), but I really don’t care about that at all, surely its better that it plays well rather than if it looks good? Keep the maps simple and they will be better, just look at Halo 3 is you want proof of that. Would it be great if they stopped just re skinning current maps? how lazy are they? People were originally not happy with having community created maps in the rotations, but, lets face it, the community are 10x better than anyone who is actually getting paid at 343 are at making maps.

Well, myself and many others like some of their maps. You lose all credibility on your post when you act like your opinion is fact.
I like the irony in this post because OP here talks about good visuals but they were actually downgraded for 60fps.
There are quite a few good maps in Halo 5…

That’s your opinion. For me I like them all.
Truth and coliseum are pretty decent maps in my opinion. The rest are pretty subpar/average I guess. Nothing special.
I actually like statis, and that avalanche.
A rectangle map would be nice for BTB. I’ve had enough circular maps.
