Have people already forgotten? There was a lvl 9 REQ that was supposed to come with MoR, but they replaced it with the Phaeton Helios because the original vehicle was so powerful it oneshotted the grunt mech during testing.
I’m pretty sure we all know which vehicle it is. It’s the Hannibal Forklift! XD
Maybe it could be something like group power ups - if you use it, yourself and nearby teammates will be affected by the power up (could be camo, damage boost, speed boost or overshields).
Or perhaps the Elephant from Halo 3, and when you deploy it, it could act as a mobile spawn point along with having something like ONI Chaingun turrets.
the problem with level 9 REQ is, that it would take too much time to get to lvl 9.
i saw lvl 8 only for a few times, and mostly in firefight.
