They should make a covenant phantom that seats your whole team, each person with their own turret. The phantom would obviously be ridiculously armored so the enemy can’t just take it out with a few rockets.

Wait, would this use the 9 req points? Or is it like how armor mods work? Because if it uses the 9 req points, then you won’t be able to spawn any weapons/vehicles to kill bosses.

I sincerely doubt it. When you think about it, they had a golden opportunity (pun intended) to do that with the Temple Wraith and Temple Banshee in this set of DLC, but still didn’t.
None we would rarely ever get to req level 9. and when we did it would be bull -Yoink- because
A the round would end
B we would die almost immediately after spawning
C get barely any use out of it, and then die
