Will 343 drop pods bring some new weapons or vehicles

After 6 months of very little & with Infinite still lacking fixes & features seen in Halo 3 over a decade prior, I’m not interested in giving praise for the bare minimum, you deserve better & we’ve had the last 3 mainline Halo entries lack content with false promises that lessons were learnt for the future

It’s good that the gears are finally turning, but the ship is very much still off-course,

From what I understand these drop pod updates are more so geared to that part of the community that really familiarizes themselves with the nooks and crannies of how the game works. We’re talking in the weeds here. Like, if the devs decide they want to increase the sprint speed from 9% faster than full walk speed to 10% faster. The mangler going from a one shot + melee kill to a two shot + melee kill is a good example of what we should expect from a drop pod.

I know it’s not all glitz and glamour, but I think it’s a nice enough addition to the development pipeline.

Maybe the feet will start to show when you change FOV or the speed lines WILL STAY OFF WHEN I SET THEM TO OFF.

Basic stuff, nothing more.

I’m not asking you to give praise for the bare minimum. I’m saying this bizarre negative attitude to something that’s literally only a good thing is old, tired, and cynical, especially when you have zero idea how this drop pod system is even going to work or what it’s going to be used for.

Like this. Holy hell, we get it. You’re upset that there’s no Forge or co-op. They’re coming. Nothing has changed in the last month. This has literally nothing to do with the topic at hand, but we’re gonna wheel out this dead horse every single thread regardless of whether or not its relevant.
