I havent heard any news about them refund money or req points to those who had everything unlock and got the pack. I mean i would love the skins and the rp that i deserve for overspending req points to get most of them. I opened like 4 packs and still didnt get everything when i would have gotten almost all of them in 3 packs.

Check your skins, I’m betting they are there. I thought I was ripped off yesterday too but they showed up when I double checked later in the day.

I think its necessary that 343 refunds us the money or req points we spent, or better yet, just gives us the weapon skins we should have gotten. They can clearly check and see who got screwed over. Anyways, I’ve heard people saying that they were given the skins later, check your collection before you go all judicial. If you don’t have them yet there’s a good chance something is being worked on in terms of a correction. It hasn’t even been a day yet, friend.

And I don’t care if its only been one day. This is something that should have been checked before allowing people to spend money on it. Things like this should never happen. So until I have the weapon skins I paid for, I will continue to be annoyed and frustrated.

You’re right, it shouldn’t have happened, but it did. Just because it shouldn’t have happened doesn’t mean the fix comes any faster. Stuff always breaks when everyone floods in. You know what I did? I waited until last night to buy them after everyone stopped having problems with it.
You can stay frustrated if you want, or you can stop your self from aging 20 years and just relax

So unless it’s someone who chooses not to read, Microsoft is all clear other than their reputation. We could argue all day how unfair it is, which I agree with by the way, but Microsoft has that agreement working for them. But you’re not asking for a refund simply because you didn’t like the product. You’re asking for a refund because you literally didn’t get what you paid for.
They wanted 80,000 Req Points or $10 for 5 weapon skins (assuming you have everything in the game already). If you spent the points or paid the money required and only got 2 skins instead of 5. You were lied to. You got ripped off. You have the right to compensation.

It is pretty unfair, most of the other REQs that they sold have given clear descriptions, but this one was not clear enough.

Doesn’t matter, there is still a “no refund” agreement. He didn’t say anything about the reasoning you want a refund, he said that they aren’t required to give you one.

The point is that you don’t have a case against them. Taking them to court would only cost you money.
