Will 343 be like Bungie?

Do you think 343 will have that same close relationship with the community and playerbase like Bungie always was?
Even thinking if they are going to be makes me depressed, goodbye Bungie.

Isn’t Halo CEA proof enough that they care about the fans?

Ok, two things.
#1, YES, in fact, they’re going to be more in touch with the community than Bungie was.
#2, Bungie’s not gone, they’re still around, they’re just not a part of Halo any more.

> Isn’t Halo CEA proof enough that they care about the fans?

That’s just a game for us, not interaction. We’ll know for real when H4 comes out.

The way I see it whover is making halo games will be involved with the community if there not it wont be a true halo game.

They already have!

Yeah… you see how often 343 employees post here right?

I think 343i care about the fans a lot.

We’ll see how much they actually care about all of us when Halo 4 is released.

> Yeah… you see how often 343 employees post here right?

There’s more than you think, they just don’t advertise it.
Most of the ones who have accounts here aren’t even admins or mods, they’re normal members like you and me. The ones who are mod or admins post when they both need to, or want too.

Hell, most times I can understand why, most community members here are aholes, and are willing to attack 343i members. And others would do any thing to worm every scrap of information out of them.

> they’re normal members like you and me.

Im getting suspicious of about 15 “normal forum goers” who seem to have all the answers. All the time.

Yes, they constantly listen to us. Why do you thing Reach had so many updates as soon as they took the reigns.

Monthly community playdates aren’t enough?

> Monthly community playdates aren’t enough?

As well as Free Stuff Fridays and the Community Manager herself posting on the forums? I would definitely say 343i has a close connection with their fans!

Your suspicions would be wrong then.

:stuck_out_tongue:
If I’m one of those 15, don’t worry, I’m not one of 343i, I just have my ways of knowing things.

Oh, quit playing. Your cover is already blown.

they host playdates? where can i take part in these? sorry if this is a stupid question

If anything I have seen GREATER community involvement from 343 so far and they haven’t even released Halo 4!

They post about them on the front page blog.

Every third Thursday of the month. It’s usually posted on the front page. This month’s should be taking place on the 23rd. Usually David Ellis, bs angel, and a couple other 343 employees host BTB matchmaking lobbies.

Have you not seen all they have done for the community since taking over halo? not to mention letting community members / mlg play halo 4 early for feedback lol.
