If the trailer did more than just showcase the new engine, I think we might see some wildlife on the Halo ring featured in Halo: Infinite. I don’t know about everyone else, but I loved having the Moas and Gutas on Reach. They made the game feel more immersive and, well, interesting.
If there is in fact wildlife in this next Halo, I would love to see the Blind Wolves! They were terrifying in Halo: Hunters in the Dark, and I’m curious to see what it would be like to fight them in a Halo game.
What are you guys’ thoughts?
It shouldnt be this damn complicated. Give us a badass MC intro with him falling from orbit with him killing aliens and saving the day. Boom! Halo 6!
We don’t need happy free running rhinos and elephants and fish in the sea to showcase Halo. Its weird and unnecessary.
I don’t think the wild life would be as dense as the herds in the trailer but I’ll be excited for some space rhinos.

I don’t think so. If anything, it parallels with CE’s announcement trailer way back in 2000.
I thought it was an incredible touch to be honest.
Those weird rhino things are called Brontotherium (recognized them because im obsessed with prehistoric animals), so who knows if we might see other animals from our past. Would be neat to see a Mammoth, but for some reason I’m hyping up extinct animals more than the enemies.

It’s pretty fair to get hyped over wildlife. Halo has been lacking it lately, and it would be really refreshing to have it.
Good catch! I, too, wonder what other creatures we could see.
