So I was trying to remember things about this game and wanted to look up how to fight a raging arbiter because I that annoyed me when I first played the game. I came across this (http://halowars.wikia.com/wiki/Halo_Wars_Wiki) when I googled Halo Wars Wiki expecting to find unit info and weaknesses but I found a basically dead wiki with 51 Pages. Does this game have a more complete one that I couldn’t find, or is anyone bored enough to add to that one? (also some anti-arbiter tips would be great.)
I see the “this wiki is undergoing complete renovation.”(by an old RS player at that?), but I have no idea how long it has been like that either. Anyone can add though.
I think the wiki died in the first few weeks of the game being released. for anti arbiter you need canny tanks. if your covie then you just have to avoid direct confrontation.
The arbiter is tricky, but with proper micro you can piss an arbiter off so much. I recommend seeking advice here instead of a wiki. There are good players that roam this forum.
Use canny or pt tanks. Get arbiter in between your tanks and then canny him. You can practice this with a friend and use 5 tanks to an arbiter or less tanks when you get better.
The general Halo wiki site featuring info on all of the games had more info than that one. Most wiki’s also do not allow strategies to be posted in actual articles, most good ones anyway.
They let people decide how to play themselves and only provide basic unit info, etc. People are left to discuss the tactics on the talk/comment pages or in blogs. For an example of how strategy notes, etc can get out of hand on a wiki take a look at the Bioshock wiki (the worst offender for inefficiency). For an example of a good wiki look at the vault (Fallout wiki) or Dragon Age wiki (where Origins/Awakening information is concerned as nobody liked Dragon Age 2).

I resantly learned how to splice and re film disk so im gonna try and get my hands on a new copy of halo wars then splice it onto a computer disk and mod it.
