There seems to be an extremely rare and odd loading glitch that causes pieces of a page to be duplicated – the site just seems to copy a piece of code it’s already “printed” and jam it into some further-down part of the page. I saw it happen once or twice in the week after the major site lag was fixed, and haven’t seen it since.

I think that’s the bug you saw. Pretty freaky.
