if most people can access the Specializations, why not just give everyone them?
because if you live in the UK or Europe or are under 17, then you’re screwed. link
sorry for title,would’nt fit
You want even more LE purchasers to get pissed? No.
> You want even more LE purchasers to get pissed? No.
I know I can’t take another 70+ page thread on that subject.
> You want even more LE purchasers to get pissed? No.
The LE shouldn’t have included anything that could affect gameplay in the slightest in the first place.
Armors, colors, emblems, videos extra fluff etc. were fine - game-altering specializations were not.
LE owners need to just swallow their damn pride and accept that sometimes life isn’t fair.

These specializations are incredibly balanced and only help you play with your play-style. They are not game-altering in any major ways and are totally fine.
> LE owners need to just swallow their damn pride and accept that sometimes life isn’t fair.
So let’s make life even less fair right? No.
I believe the UK gets the early access to specializations as a pre-order incentive from one of the retailers. Also, if you’re under 17, well… I believe the game is rated M for mature. So there’s that.

they already ruined it to the point were the LE is useless, they might as well just give it to Europe. I’m getting the LE anyway, and I think 343 are limited for giving all the LE content away.

Considering it is a developed feature of the game, early access once you hit 50 to the others isn’t entirely advantageous, just more flexibility in choice.
> LE owners need to just swallow their damn pride and accept that sometimes life isn’t fair.
As it was a major selling point of the LE in the 5-16-12 Halo Bulletin, it isn’t a matter of swallowing pride, especially when it was a factor in part for the price of the LE.
However, this thread is likely going to be locked.
It will be like the Blue Flames, you have to get it within a certain period of time or you’re -Yoink- out of luck.
I don’t understand the point anyways, all the specializations will be unlocked eventually plus you have to get to sr 50 in the first place.
> It will be like the Blue Flames, you have to get it within a certain period of time or you’re Yoink! out of luck.
but the blue flames didn’t have any effect on game-play.

I’m not saying they did, just saying the concept is similar. Who knows what will happen, LE buyers get it early, then people who played until the 20th and then maybe it opens up for everyone like Bungie’s rank cap in the beginning of Reach.
Good idea, everybody might as well just start off with them now that a large chunk of the population do already.

except give the player a “shoot me now” sign

Rogue - Can’t be unscoped when shot at …
That is a HUGE game-altering perk and if you can’t see that then I seriously feel bad for you.

check again. everyone wont be unscoped when shot without the specialization. rouge just reduces the jolt of your scope when you get shot
Lot of folks in this thread seem to forget that EVERYONE gets access to ALL the specializations EVENTUALLY. Everyone, on day one, should they hit SR-50, can choose between Wetwork, and Operator.
The only thing that LE owners were getting, was EARLY access, before everyone else. If they are able to hit SR-50 day one, they’d have all the spec to choose from, instead of just the two. Access to the specs was never an LE only thing. They just wouldn’t have to wait while the community hit milestone to unlock the rest (which was the original idea, anyway).
