Why?

Why do we get the content we get?

What’s the overall plan for Halo 5?

Why don’t they look back to things that was successful on previous Halo’s?

Why the lack of playlists at launch?

Why remixed maps?

I just don’t understand the choices for Halo 5. I know some makes sense, some are great, but there is a lot of bad too.

Just seeking answers.

Shhhhh, it will be ok, little one. Sometimes life gives you lemons. It is up to you to make a fruit launcher to hurl them back to the sender.

The answer to life, the universe, and everything is 42, so I’ll give you that as an answer. It’ll make about as much sense as the answer 343 would provide, anyway.

Less content at launch is a horrible trend going on in the video game industry. We are victims of our own success. Now that gaming generates the money it does the big time CEOs and CFOs who care nothing about quality and only profit have taken over. Look at star wars battle front… launched only with an online multiplayer and now I hear that a campaign is coming as “dlc”… Look at Hitman. It’s launching with only a mission or two and other missions will be added later as … you guessed it… “updates”… if you look at other games H5 missing a few game modes seems pale compared to what other games are launching with.

Yeah the gaming industry as a whole is becoming a -Yoink!-.

Why should I care If I enjoy Halo 5?

Why are people still complaining?

Halo 5 is boring because nothing is rewarding due to the req system

I enjoy H5… but yes I care that I get way less for my money in gaming now a days. If they want to charge me more money that’s fine but give more content or at least the same amount of content. Video games are becoming the food industry… They put less in the package but charge the same if not a bit more to maximize profits.

This is why I just wrote an article asking if our concerns, our voices or even constructive suggestions, are even actually listened to.

That’s almost every game nowadays though. Not just Halo 5. Look at games like Battlefront, Overwatch, Batlleborn, games that are strictly multiplayer with barely any content, much less than H5. It’s just the unfortunate world of gaming today

> Yeah the gaming industry as a whole is becoming a whoreI agree 100% the “free” DLC generates more money than it would if it wasn’t. The genius plan by 343 to make money.
