Why you will never see a "thank you" from me

I really would love o write now an big letter about how I’m dissappointed with the way Halo Infinite’s problem are handled.

But I’m so tired of complaining - complaining about stuff that should work well. Stuff that should be there and stuff that shouldn’t be there.

The lack of Playlists, no infection and all the other gamemodes the games in this series had, except Halo 5.
There is no bomb in general and no zones in BTB.

BTB itself is a messy bugfestival. You wanna play? Oh no you can not.

Where are the server selections - and I mean those should be ingame, not something that you have to figure out on your internet box. Costume games, forge, all those things that are barely or not even there.

But even if now the BTB crisis will be solved, you will not hear a “thank you!” from me. I expected you to handle this game way better but you failed. Sorrynotsorry but having problems of fixing BTB stretched so long [I know holidays and so] but that is not an argument. You want me, us all to spend money on the horrible shop which already got stuff back that were already in the shop and you deliver a game where some parts are totally broken and a huge mass of content is missing?

You will never hear a “thank you” from me. You could have done it better but you failed there. I and I’m sure many others, expected way better from you, especially since you said you would listen to your community and you’ve learned of your mistake.

Okay, the Halo Community can be really toxic but it’s not toxic when you deliver us broken stuff and stretched content and a money hungry shop system when important things of this game doesn’t work.

Dear 343

Thank you from The Novacat and also thank you from Dein_Exfreund for Halo Infinite.

There we go, all sorted.

My point is a thank you is not some special commodity to a game developer.

If you are ‘so tired of complaining’ as your first post states, why are you bothering to create a thread on the same points that we’ve all read a million times.

Man, you’re all over the forums posting defences for 343. They aren’t going to thank you for white knighting for them - you know that right? It’s not healthy to be so obsessed with a product that you spend this much time defending it.

Disagreeing with the same criticisms that are posted over and over is white knighting? Thanks for the explanation champ.

Or astroturfing.

It’s not completely pointless to write up a mini essay.
Writing lowers the blood pressure, helps you vent.
Sad fact is though, we wont have a “complete” game for a long time.
343 cant help that, and we cant help either

I’m all for people posting whatever - complaints, criticisms, feedback, whatever. But does it need a new thread when there are tons open? No

This is comedy
There need to be stickied threads for each complaint?
The first 3 pages in this forum would be stickied complaint threads.
Maybe 1 gigantic multiplayer complaint thread?
1 about customization etc?
I’m starting to see mods lock threads, and that just leads to banning

Tbh, 343 needs new leadership.

Whatever is going on with the company after all these years, it’s more than obvious there are major problems within the company, and they can’t even sort their own issues out.

Sicne 343 is clearly not listening - yes

sooooooo why make a post on the same issues thats been posted over a million times your treating thank you as something special when its not

Raise your hand if you give a single -Yoink- about this guy thanking 343.

I think the main point of a “feedback” forum is to give “feedback.”

This entire post is just plain obnoxious.

Summary

Microsoft/343 should just sell the franchise /IP to someone else. They’re USELESS.

they do odds are its gonna end up in worse hands and wed want what we have now back

If we’ve all read the same points a million times it means there are problems that still have not been addressed. Thanks

Hmm tell me if you had heard this one…

Locking the coatings to each core was poor practice.

Taking 60 of the default colors from Halo 5, than giving only 10 of those colors for free, while hiding the other 50 behind a paywall was a poor choice for a “player first” game.

Perhaps it would have been wider to place those 50 default colors behind a grind wall…

At this point it makes 343 look desperate for money of they are wanting us to pay 5 bucks three times for the same color red. And that very uncreative.

The feedback is that the current situation is just the worst

I’ve not heard anybody criticize the new coating system, that’s a new one to me.

I’m very happy with the game. 1010 ranked matches so far and the campaign was really good although I’m not sure if I prefer the old way of playing it level by level instead of an open world. There are minor bugs that bother me but as I said, they are minor. I guess not being a cosmetics person also makes things better. I don’t even check the gear I’m unlocking through playing. I literally don’t care about customising my char. I put on some basic stuff and I’m happy with it.
