In Noctus, Elite Prime sits just below and outside the home base. He’s an easy 25 for your team. He also takes up more time and players than he’s worth.
To get to Prime, you gotta jump down, off the edge of the base. This means that once you kill him, there is no easy way to get to any of the bases. In effect, you become useless until you find your way to a base to be captured.
If you skip him, and head straight for the Monument, you’ll be able to better grab the center of the map. In doing so, you practically control the Hunter and Warden spawns, which nets you far more than Elite Prime could ever offer. Plus, the Momument is (perhaps a little too) easily defended from attackers, and your team will be able to get more than 25 kills just defending the place.
Half the enemy team will probably be dealing with their Prime, themselves, so by having the team focus on the Momument, you’ll easily outnumber the enemy once they start moving to the middle. By the time the guys killing Elite Prime make it to the monument, you and your team will have already dug into the Momument, and will be able to rip them apart.
I honestly have no idea what you’re talking about it literally takes two seconds to kill him and spartan charge the blocked doorway and quickly get to monument or go to the armory like me…

Exactly. OP is nonsense, just send a couple of team members down to kill the elite. 10 seconds later they can join in the fight for the monument.

Lol one of those guys I hate playing with people like you, who drone on about Warzone tactics. The prime take literally 2 seconds to kill, he and the jackals are commendation both on an individual and company level. Then you can easily bash the door behind him or turn back and hit the lift that leads to one of the armories. Next.

the time from leaving home base to killing elite prime is nearly 10 seconds. if my math is correct, it is literally impossible to kill 25 of the opposing team in 10 seconds. therefore, the elite prime is more important than the 25 enemies you can kill in apparently 10 seconds?? how about you spend 10 seconds having 2 members of your team kill elite prime while the other 10 storm monument, and capture that. also, monument has elites, grunts, and jackals in it that have to be killed before capturing can even begin. by the time the people who rush monument have killed the enemies in monument the teammates who killed elite prime have already made it to the monument to help kill the enemy team. any way you look at what you claim, it is completely wrong. by your reasoning, why even go for the remnant hunters that spawn, or ghost jockey when you can just rush the garages to capture them. then ignore all legendary bosses and core push the enemy team? 25 easy points from the elite prime is definitely getting, even if it requires 1/6 of your fireteam to do it. the time it takes to kill him is worth the points it gives in comparison to all 12 rushing monument. in hopes of capturing it. monument is crucial on noctus but that does not mean that you can not take an extra 6 seconds to get a free 25 points. OP, i hope in your next games your whole team goes for monument, leaving elite prime behind, where some enemy team players kill your elite prime, and theirs as well as capture the monument. you might learn something from it.
IMO north garage is more important than monument in the beginning, because warden spawns on that side first, and you can easily spawn in vehicles to take him down.

i disagree. monument grants easy access to clear shooting view of warden from 5 different places, regardless if it is warden 1 or warden 2. with this, you also have center map control which is a huge deal on all warzone maps. i believe that the middle base is always the most important base on any map.
I agree it’s important to take the center base, but there’s no need to skip the easy boss on the way. However, if I see 2 or three heading down there then I will skip it and take the boost over to the monument. I always try to take the monument before thinking about the north or south garage.
It is just like the first Elite in Escape From A.R.C., you kill him in 5 seconds because it is on your way to a base and everyone is running that way anyway
