Why would anyone pay 60$ for a ban? Dispute charge

Why would anyone in their right mind spent 60$ or more on a video game to receive a ban for no reason?
Charges have been disputed. Think about it for yourself.
Who pays 60$ for a game to get banned for???
Times have changed. At least banking hasn’t.

What are you talking about paying $60 for a ban?

I also love the options involved with reporting a post. And I thought bungie was bad…

You own a copy of the game that does not -belong- to you. It belongs to the developers. You just get to play it. You need to adhere to their rules. I you don’t and ruin the games of 3 others in your team by quitting too often. Or maybe even going as far as using third party soft- hardware… Then you deserve the ban. Just finish your -Yoink- games. They never last longer than 10 minutes.

Bought the game for 60$ plus tax, got banned after hitting lvl 30 with no explanation.

Simple, don’t get banned?

Did you quit any games? And is it a perma-ban?

I have never left a game early.

Dunno, I don’t condone paying 60$+ for a video game to get banned. I primarily only play swat.

Also eula does not comply

I’m sorry man, that’s a shame. I hope its a quick ban. Most games have ban systems in place to police dumb people betraying and quitting.

Your installation, and subsequent playing, of a game is your agreeing to the terms and conditions of said game. You can choose not to accept those terms and conditions by not purchasing/installing/playing the game but your agreement is implied in the act of installing and playing. You’re disputing the cost of the game and yet there is nothing to dispute. In a state of sound mind, you purchased, installed and played Halo 5 Guardians and your copy of the game is in working order. What are you disputing?

My game is not in working order as I am unable to play it.

The funny part is I only play legit. When my wife allows I’ll play hours on end to rank up. I don’t team kill or idle so this is beyond annoying.

however after this little stint, I will have the charges refunded and wait for others to become enraged before the class action is filed.

LOL, somebody fails at reading terms and conditions, doesn’t he? Oh, that’s right, blindly agree to the game developers terms and the XBL terms. We agree by checking the box to get the privilege to play their game on their service that they can do whatever they want to us and we have no recourse. So, LOL to you good sir,.

The game is in working order, as any other person would be able to play it. The core functions of the game work. Your ban isn’t permanent, so you can’t argue that your game isn’t in working order. You entered into a legal agreement.

According to your service record OP you have quit out of / not finished 10 matches in the last few days of playing, that’s probably why you have been banned temporarily. It won’t be, or shouldn’t be a long ban, but the more you quit the more chance you have of being banned again
