There will be elites in campain and spartan ops, so why not multiplayer?
Something to do with the fact that Multiplayer is now canon.
There are many ways to tackle that explanation but I have a feeling that the real reason is because of the fact that 343i want to focus on the Spartan-IVs this time around.

Seriously go back to bungie.net and stop putting up troll posts its getting old.
Why would you want to be an Elite whilst training? Maybe there is so much customization for Spartans that it would be too hard to make just as much for Elites and wouldnt be fair for them to have less like the always do.
Plus Elite-Fanboyism is kinda dying. There isnt many of them around.

Exactly what this guy said. It wouldn’t make sense to play as Elites because I don’t think any type of Covenant is abord the UNSC Infinity. 343 Industries also probably wanted to focus on Spartan IV’s only. This would save them time and money, and it fits into canon/the story.
They’re racist.
No, cannon and the fact that elites have a completerly different body style to humans and their is no invasion. Also IMO elite slayer was horrible as it was a stickfest as the plasma rifle/repeater are rubbish.
I will mis the playing as a dino all the time like in halo 3…
Multiplayer is based on the UNSC Infinity, to which the Spartans IVs are fighting each other in simulations.
Elites are not onboard the Infinity.

Not even a single friendly elite to help out?

First of all, i am not trolling. This is a topic that have been wondering about for some time now. Second of all, none of my posts were troll posts. They were all topics that i was curious about. Third of all, G-T-F-O!
They explained all Halo multiplayer, it was all a training simulation.
Fighting Elites = Fighting them in simulations.
Not fighting Elites = Not fighting them in simulations.

Really? I thought it was just your typical halo multiplayer.

Nope, all Spartan IVs, canon wise, that’s the explanation.
Game wise, your career is focused on your Spartan IV, one of the achievements is to get to SR-20, which I assume is Spartan Rank 20.
No Elites this time round.
It’s all about the Spartan IV 's

Ah okay, I was hoping that there would be an elite crew member. Especially after seeing how the humans and elites interacted in Halo 3.
