Spent all night downloading the game… Been playing it for four hours plus… Now go to watch nightfall and it punts me into halo channel which claims I need to buy the game to watch it…so giving ti the benefit of the doubt I hit buy game and it punts me back into the game it says I don’t have… I hit nightfall again and go round and round in circles… I’ve tried a complete reboot of xbox, ive tried uninstalling the halo channel… And I really don’t want to loose my gameplay files by uninstalling (and spending the better part of a day re downloading the 60gb of game data) it completely…

I got it via download as stated above, so no case, and no code…

I have the same issue! So the question is: what are they gonna do about it? Obviously they have to come up with an update to FIX it. When you buy something you expect it to WORK! So come on now! I wan’t to be able to use it 
Xbox live currently has some server issues. Certain things are limited and might not work properly Games and apps are currently affected, so just wait and see.
