Why won't 343 ban AFKers?

I consistently ask people to report AFKers in game. They are a nuisance, but I understand 343 has to get reports and go through them.

But the two examples below are insane.

I once again ran into a player tonight who had 1 kill and over 60,000 deaths.

How does this kind of example not get banned? There’s no way 343 could possibly detect this person, the technology doesnt exist?
Another account (seemingly the same person, spelled 1 character differently) with 8 kills and over 200,000 deaths.

I feel your pain, and it goes against the spartan code as it is considered manipulating the ranking system. Even with video recordings attached to the report, these players go away with it.

Also, I was trying reporting somebody who kept commiting auto-destruction in every match. In one match this player did it 74 times (I’m not joking)

Can it be fixed yes, but a solution that I’ve been told, is that if you block them, MCC will try to not match you with them.

MCC could stop auto-queue, or add like a quit-timer (which there is one but it seems to only work for people who go afk for a match and not full-time afkers.)

Overall, nothing you can do about, sucks to say

Thers’s no way you could die over 200,000 times and not get reported as an afker.

The reality is that Infinite is not good enough that people will take a ban and come back to it as it’s Such a good game……,Bottom line is revenue

They don’t care about cheating, Smurfing or any other kind of game manipulation as long as you spend your $.
