Why won’t Helioskrill unlock?

I completed Halo CE to Halo 4 on Legendary and have yet to actually receive Helioskrill, also I do have the Legend achievement. Why won’t my Helioskrill show up?

Did you give it a day or two? Sometimes there’s a delay. Also, check through your service record on Waypoint to make sure it registered each level as complete on Legendary.
