Seriously, it just seems like 343 left out a chromasome in the game. They knew it was an easy ranking system w/ Dew-xp, yet they only allow us to get to SR-70 and then we have to wait for DLC for the rest of these?
Shouldn’t they have, you know, been in the game to start with?
So that they could sell LE easier without putting any effort into it despite the fact that they already put very little effort into it.

They are in the game already, but due to the rank cap we cant access them all yet.
Their initial plan was to release them as the community progresses through ranks, but then msft thought it would be a great idea to send spec. codes after the 20th to everyone that played guring the 1st 2 weeks.
Now 343i is stuck cleaning up their mess and taking the blame.
