I haven’t seen a Danger Canyon remake from Halo CE. If there are any experienced forge makers in here, I’d propose that one of you make it. It’s one of the best maps from Halo CE. And also, it’s too bad Forge Island’s too small to remake a map like Infinity from Halo CE as well. I mean seriously, couldn’t they have made the biggest flat surface in Forge Island big enough for an actual-sized Infinity remake?

Danger Canyon is an exclusive multiplayer map for the PC, and Mac versions of Halo CE.

I had to look it up. It was exclusive to Halo PC, so that’s why we didn’t recognize it.

PC-exclusive map.
OT: It probably hasn’t been remade due to the complex nature of it. With all of the caves, hills, and other miscellaneous geometry, it would be difficult or near impossible to remake accurately.
Perhaps you’re right…but that still doesn’t make it impossible, just difficult.
I’ve seen a couple of remakes of it, there were some decent ones in Reach, but the only one I’ve seen in Halo 4 wasn’t that accurate. It’s a great map though, I loved playing it on Halo PC!
I find it bizarre that none of Halo PC’s maps were ever remade as BTB maps. They were all excellent. Infinity was a little large, I suppose.

Timberland was remade for Reach, but it was pretty poor as a remake. And we have Gephyrophobia living on as Narrows.

I never understood why people keep saying that Narrows is a Gephyrophobia successor… Sure, they’re both bridges, but that’s really where the similarities end. Gephyrophobia is much much bigger, is a vehicle-focused map, and has a layout that’s very different to Narrows.

Gephyrophobia isn’t exactly Narrows. Narrows is like a vastly scaled down, infantry version of Gephyrophobia, much like Meltdown is a vastly scaled down version of Ice Fields.
But someone did remake Gephyrophobia in Reach.

Ridgeline is better than Timberland… I don’t see why anyone would disagree tbh. Timberland on the PC seemed a tad too big and a tad too open. Ridgeline fixed that in many ways by making the map a little more compressed and adding what seems like more tree cover. I also like the overall theme of Ridgeline.

I dislike how many stupid trees there were to hide behind. Timberland had really tall hills, but almost every power weapon was at the lowest level.

I have to agree with this. While Timberland was a great map, I find that Ridgeline was even better in many ways. It felt a lot better to play on, since you could cross the map without many issues on foot, yet it was still great for vehicle combat.
