If it was released on the seventh it wouldve been 117. Just sayin.
Mind = Blown. Never seen anyone mention that before. No sarcasm intended
No. Effing. Way. 0.0
yeah wow i just realized that problem. 343i you guys cant ruin tradition with 117 or the number 7 itself. I mean yea its probably trademarked by Bungie but im sure that it would just keep tradition
right on
Me and my friends were actually talking about this while waiting in line for the game but I just remembered it and thought the forums might find it interesting.
in think the the whole 7 stuff is more a bungie thing than a halo thing…
maybe a way for 343 to disconnect just a bit more from bungie.
You mean 7/11?
uhh its not about the “7 thing” its about the fact that master chiefs spartan number is 117 o.O
New games release on Tuesdays. The 7th was not a Tuesday.
> You mean 7/11?
Thats not how dates are listed in the U.S. And since 343 is an america company its safe to say they use the american format for dates.

'murica
video games typically come out on Tuesday’s for some reason. Good business day or something, idk!

Maybe it’s if they sell out, shops and stockists have plenty of time to order more in before the weekend. I think there is a few reasons and Tuesday is a good suited day.

Because it’s a Tuesday just like how every single game over the past years were sold on Tuesdays?
New games should stop being released on Tuesdays. It pisses me off getting games then not even being able to play them until the next day due to college or work.
the 6th in the US was Election Day, the release of halo on that day was a conspiracy to keep the young people from going out to vote.
That would have been awesome, but nope.
