Why was I just warned?

I got a message saying that if I quit another game i will not be able to play for a short amount of time.

But I did not quit the last game. Sure I quit a game, about 3-4 hours ago. Are they late on the message or something?

that message can be very annoying. I get it from quitting FF to play with my buddies, or for lagging out from time to time. Its the most annoying when it comes up IN GAME, IN THE MIDDLE OF A DMR FIGHT.

I know they did some maintenance yesterday…this may be possibly a bug or whatever from that?? Just a guess.
