If you’re trying to complete all common-uncommon reqs, how come you can´t just save up like 500k req points and just finish up all the 1st two tier req rarities then move on to gold?
oh yea?
It doesn’t matter if you save them up or not. Put the point of buying bronze is that you have a chance of unlocking more for less.
I have a feeling it will take more than 500k before being able to move on to gold.
You try having the patience to save up 500k REQ points. Plus, Bronze packs are a cheap way to unlock commons while filling out your REQ collection a bit.
Its a gamble you have a 50% chance to get one common req so 2500 = 2 common reqs but still only 50% but its half of a silver pack, basically the silver pack and a bronze have the same cost and prob but the gamble is you could go as high as get 2x the amount for free or waste a full 5k

I think it’s much more than 50%. I tend to get an unlock almost everytime. Also, you get around the same amount of trash to sell as silver. This is relevant because you can make back around 40-60% of the pack cost. I had 5000 req points yesterday and was able to buy 6 bronze packs. If I had bought silver, you would have still been limited to two. only one pack didnt have an unlock.
You can sell bronze trash to make even more packs, and unlock commons to win more and get REQs faster.
I didn’t use the Bronze packs method and I cleared out all my Silver-level REQs by level 80.
I never liked the non-guarantee of a permanent unlock that Bronze offers.

I always jump back and forth between silvers and bronze. Sometimes its awesome, sometimes it isn’t.

I only save up to about 10,000 req points and only spend them on bronze if I want basic variants of weapons and vehicles or I’m in need of a couple boost cards.

I kept track while buying bronze and I had close to a 70% chance for permanent REQS
Because four of them are equal to one silver pack which means that you have the chance to unlock eight items vs two for 5,000. The “chance to unlock” part is mostly towards the end of finishing the common items when there’s so little of them that the chance to not unlock common items increases. And even then when I was grinding for common items for the one week it took I usually unlocked something every three to four packs towards the end.
The biggest part for me is that you can sell most of the unused bronze pack and make half of that pack right back. This in turn means more bronze packs.
Getting close to filling out the commons now, and I swear the rate of perms is getting better. The last 5 or 6 packs have all included an unlock. I don’t have the time to save up thousands of points, and I like having things to open. It’s getting packages that you’re not expecting.

Sure that strategy works. But the question you should really be asking, is how long you want to spent unlocking reqs. It is a proven fact that using bronze packs to obtain all the common reqs is faster than using silver packs to accomplish the same thing. Plus, saving up 500k of req points is also a way to make unlocking reqs a lot longer. If you never buy packs until you get 500k of rp, then you eliminate an boasts you my get to help get packs faster.

I don’t know about 500K of Req points, but I can tell you that RNG is a cruel mistress. In all the bronze packs I did buy at the beginning I only unlocked ONE permanent. One. Yeah, it was silver packs for me from then on.

Your luck would have evened out, if you had continued to buy bronze packs. I once got a permanent unlock in 5 bronze packs in a row.

is there a difference between spending as you obtain req points or saving then spending them all at once? As far as i am concerned it is still the same amount of work… or am i not understanding your question correctly?

Thats why I hate random chance, I saved up enough for 10 bronze packs to test percentages and I got ZERO permanent unlocks. and before you ask I still have a ton of commons to unlock.
