I play HALO 5 all the time without complaining over micro transactions. I admit, the first couple of war zone matches were dull because i didn’t have any good reqs but it only took 5 matches and by then I had some good vehicle certificates. And even if you don’t get any good reqs you can easily kill dozens of grunts, jackals and elites with the magnum and level up fast. So I don’t understand why everyone is so mad over the req system. And the blitz mode for HALO WARS 2 has also got complaints. It’s not that bad if unless you generally suck at FPSs. Is so then play campaign on an easy difficulty and get good at the game. STOP COMPLAINING, ITS NOT THAT BAD.
Well it feels Pay to Win. But i believe it is Pay to Maybe Win becasue if you die you lose it. Am i right?
I feel like you never been farmed before in warzone
because halo (especially halo 3 and reach) where play to unlock what YOU want…unlike this horrible req thing where you randomly get -Yoink- and never get what YOU want
I like how he didn’t even mention that the majority of the customization items are tied to REQ’s which is a major issue with people.
I stated this before.
Decrease the req pool. It’s unnecessary to have this amount of reqs. Players want items unlocked through achievements in game. Having everything tied to pack openings stinks of greed before customer satisfaction. God forbid they make something unlockable through gameplay and miss out on the $ from those 2 guys that are willing to pay for it. Even the limited packs are shocking. I’m not grinding 100k points for 2 skins or willing to pay $10. I’ll just do without thanks.
They need to have Arena packs containing Armour/Hemets, visors and skins for Arena players. Why should they be forced to unlock reqs specific to WZ if they don’t play it? Then have a WZ pack for everything else.
EDITED BEECUZ EYE CURNT SPIL WURDZ.
I like the reqs personally I’m glad they added them and hope they return in halo 6.
I hate how you get a few power weapons that you LOVE (like the halo one pistol) but you don’t have a certification for it and you spawn it in during a match and you die literally right after because the other dude had a rocket launcher and your power weapon disappears and you have no more left. The whole limited req thing is annoying. I think that if you get a certification for something (like the brute plasma rifle) it should be a PERMANENT unlock like the BR and the DMR
Customization plays a big part in modern day video games. Many people, including myself, just don’t like to play hours for just a “chance” to obtain a good piece of armor or helmet or weapon or whatever… I understand some people may like the thrill of it, but I would like to just be able to aim towards a goal instead of having to hope to get something that is completely random.
The req system itself is based on luck and boring grind where as in previous halos grind was more fun, more tolerable and you earned your something by working for it.In halo 5 you get something by RNG,getting lucky in a pack that is.The weapon/vehicle variants are good though but req system needs to be overhauled to be less pay to win/less to no RNG
