Why the f*** did I go from 41 to 35 overnight.

I got offline yesterday a 41… got home the next day got on and I’m a 35… how tf can you guys mess this game up that bad.

Ok sorry I’m just pissed I just started playing… I thought I was on my account that the rank went down on too but I’m not I’ll get on that one… I just started playing again like a month ago. In H3 HC went from 41 to 35 overnight… and in H3 Team arena 35 to 32
