Why the core in WZ sucks

We’ve all seen this. Farming for kills in warzone. People blame Achilles for the problem, but it’s not entirely so. The core is terrible. If you destroy an enemy core in Warzone it gives you LESS REQ POINTS. It’s literally telling you jot to core the enemy. I could play a 20 minute game of WZ, core them, and it would be less than a 15 minute hame of farming.Destroying the enemy core should give you Rewards for taking 3 bases and the latter. Or some kind of bonus. It would be a simple tweak 343. Which would help the game SO MUCH

Not necessarily. I think what he means is that you have less time to earn spartan kills/boss kills resulting in less RP. You really get about the same. Less time in game = less RP.

Yep completely agree with this…they need to remove the timer award for REQ pts. Most teams now wait till the 10 minute mark before destroying the core in order to receive the extra 400-500 REQ pts…and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I disagree that there should be a reward for destroying the core (I wouldn’t complain if they implemented a reward), but what they should do is remove the reduced REQ pts for finishing a game quickly…I know for a fact that the teams I play in would end the game quicker if this was the case (ie we basically have to kill or be killed for a few minutes).

oooh now i get it haha

Yeah I made a thread about it with the suggestion to have RP and XP reward to decrease over time from a high value down to a specific value, and that wins would have a boost on the value you get, and so forth.

I think that too would ease the situation on kill farming.
