Okay I love the variety of customization in this game but has anybody else noticed that theirs are a lot of purplish visors in the game??
We should get more variety of colors not just purple.
All I need is Dynasty. I just can’t wear other VISRs without barfing in my mouth.

Agreed. Too many similar visors. Do you want purple with a red sheen or red with a purple sheen?

True and I can hardly tell what visors are legendary or common.
I was lucky enough to get the legendary visor recently. I had to use clockwork before to get the more classic visor color and even then it took months to unlock because of all the damn purple/blue visors.
While I’m glad there’s so many, I feel like visor colors should be a thing you unlock in groups at level increments. 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, etc or something. All I want is a yellow or gold one and I’ve gotten about every color but.
Why is it so difficult to get a traditional colored Spartan visor?
It’s only to fill out and over inflate the REQ unlocks so people we be more inclined to buy more… It reeeaaally sucks to get close to finishing up all your bronze/ silver/ gold unlocks but before they let you pass, they’ll make visors, emblems, and low tier load out weapons take priority… Trust me. I’ve been there. I’m so close to just buying my way out. Which proves my point on how they want you to buy more…
But back on topic, there’s not enough variety in visor colors. Too many of the same shades of blue, red, green, and yellow. And even previous cool looking ones in Halo 4 are different and ugly. Not to mention the fact that half the helmets in this game have either no visors or minuscule ones. And the fact the lighting in the character customization menu is odd not showing the full detail of visors anyway.
But to add. I really really want Lockes visor and more like his: a cool light up glowing visor. Could be an exclusive hard unlock called Osiris or Locke. Or even take it a step further and add a bunch of light up visors like Osiris had in the bookend cutscenes of H2A on MCC.
edit: I have a BUNCH of gold color ones similar to the classic ones. But I don’t know which one looks the best. It doesn’t matter as I don’t see why there’s so many. Besides to just read their descriptions or something…

To me , ultra rare and legendary visors should be shiny.
I use the “Rex” purple visor. Despite the fact that 343 didnt make a true purple color for your armor/helment
I think 343 likes creating purple visors because they look decent with blue team armor and red ream armor alike?
I like all the visors it’s all the hideous armor I have a problem with.

That’s what I’m guessing xP
Better question: Why so many visors in general, and majority of them are just shades of a main color? I know it’s customization options, but still…I don’t need 10 variants of a red visor(example of course); that I’m not going to use anytime soon.
