palmer at my rank of marine silver has 9 icons, thats a lot for a character who in my experience is one of if not the worst hated halo character then compare here to cortana who from my count only has 4!!! and is one of the most beloved characters, still failed to beat chief who has 16 though (or at least those are Spartans wearing mk6)
