In the trailer for Episodes 6-10 Roland says Throne’s been detected alive on Requiem, and it then shows him fight off some Elites. Why did they show this to us? They should keep this stuff hidden until the rest of the season arrives.
Because compared to what I think they might show us next, Spartan Throne being alive and fighting is going to become so insignificant to the players.
The fact that both Spartan Ops and the Forerunner series was suddenly delayed to January might send a hint.
It was obvious that Thorne was going to survive, considering he’s the main character of the cutscene piece of Spartan Ops.
Because Spartan Ops is -Yoink-. Only reason people play it is to grind or to watch the cutscenes.
It’s not really a surprise. Spartans never die, you know.
