Everyone got the same set of armor from the recent halo anniversary pack. It is partially the same for the mark VI GEN1, GEN1 scarred and the nightfall. My main question is, is it really legendary if everyone gets it so easily?

It’s a good looking armor but if you don’t want to wear it, don’t. Nobody’s forcing you to wear it.

Sorry but the real question I’m asking is, why is it considered legendary if it really isn’t as rare as other sets.
I don’t think it’s really cheating but like Toysoldier said you don’t have to wear it.
Your Spartan’s armor is like your clothes. Express yourself; mix and match, or wear a complete set. Nobody is going to judge you, so it’s not going to be a problem.

Well think about it, it was Legendnary and rare to get but now it isn’t, but do you know how rare it is to other people. People who didn’t buy the game on or before halo birthday so it’s gonna be rare for them.
I am definitely going to miss people ogling me in the Mark IV armor, especially since I used my last free WZFF pack to unlock it literally HOURS before they gave it out in the anniversary pack. I’ll probably switch to Helljumper, Centurion, or one of the Vigilant sets when I unlock one of those instead, even if the Mark IV is the most beautiful armor in the game.

It is pretty damn rare tbh. It’s just a giveaway rn. For Halo’s 15th birthday. Chill out and celebrate a little.

I’m pretty sure it’s Legendary because it’s a very popular armor in the Halo Series. They gave it to us as a gift and I’m very thankful, but it is a bit annoying that EVERYONE is wearing it now. LoL

Yes, I will admit it is very annoying that almost everyone is wearing it. Better than seeing a bunch of people clad in Achilles, though.
Because you’re not an angsty 14 year old having an emotional crisis by forcing out a “unique” look by wearing a trashbag over yourself because other people don’t do it. Not to mention that just because something is legendary it doesn’t mean it’s special in this game, it just means it’ll take you atleast half a year to get it.
I’m kind of disappointed that my Spartan isn’t quite as unique anymore, now that everybody and their mother is wearing Mark IV. But at the same time, I suppose it doesn’t really matter. I wear what I think looks good, why should what others are wearing matter to me?
I can sympathise for people who put such an effort to get it and then it became mainstream overnight.
I did wear it despite being a noob because I appreciated it as a gift…
Then again I will be changing back to my old look pretty soon as I miss the modern look of it.
So, it is in fashion right now, but soon people will be changing looks again… so I think it’s going to become “special” again.

I am pretty sad that I had to work for the armor, and everyone is just getting it for playing. However I do pefer the Arcadia design more.
It’s probably legendary too make the pack look a lot better than it was. It’s technically still a Legendary, it’s just everyone has it.

I agree and disagree at the same time. I feel respect for those who have the full Achilles armor set but I’m also a bit frustrated, being jealous that they have it or thinking that they farmed for it.

I get what you mean OP.
I don’t care much for armours, but I do understand where your coming from.
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I recall when just got Noble when the game came out and then 2 days later it was free in the pack for everyone. I’ve been rocking this armour for a while and then it’s been given away for free.
I’m going have to find something new again… ahh
Cmon. Theres got to be some other people who think its cool when everyone looks in unison, and bad ***.
it is legendary because was the first armor of master chief (i think).
and is the same with the rest of the armors, everyone can get it. exept for achiles.
