Why r people already talking about halo 6?

why r people talking about halo 6? 343 still has a year or two to make it. It is fine if people give ideas for it but it doesn’t make sense when they talk about it and it’s not even out yet.

Because the Story in Halo 5 was bad and someone has to fix it

343 has at point just under 3-4 years to make it which means they’re making a lot of big decisions now as far planning, if we want to try and make sure they hear and know what we want now is the time.

Because Halo 5 did that bad

Between now and next year would be the best time to pitch ideas to 343i. As for what people try to pitch follows the same path as what to expect on a forum page.

It’s always fun to think about what the future has to hold, specially in a franchise like this. I also think there has been a consensus that the Halo 5 story wasn’t one of the best of the series so we as fans want to see it improve with the next installment of the game although I think 343 already has something in mind for the long haul so our input might just be in vein.

I liked the concept of the campaign, it wasn’t executed the way for it to really shine thought =/
But hey, we learn from our misstakes =)

I… really don’t understand what your brain is trying to express here. Is English your first language?

because if we want to get out what needs fixing in halo 6, like the UI and a bunch of other things we need to do it when their major phase of development is

Well, we know that there is a Halo 6, and that is exiting! Why shouldn’t we talk about it?

There’s also the fact that quite a few of us (not going to spout fictitious numbers) that have found Halo 5 lacking in many departments.

I am a firm supporter of the new gameplay changes; such as the increased mobility and even things like ground-pound, however, the lack of some of the features that have been accepted as some of the most interesting or enticing aspects of the Halo experience has been a huge letdown.

I am talking about:

  • Physical LAN support
  • Split-screen
  • Customizable emblems
  • Clean unified menu UI
  • Lobby muting
  • Campaign theater
  • Firefight
  • Core social gametypes ie: Assault, Infection, etc
  • Playable Elites

I understand the reasons behind a lot of these changes, but they all came down to choice, and 343 chose to drop certain things for Halo 5 that a lot of us feel very strongly about.

We need to get our point across once more. 343 listened to our concerns about Arena balance and it’s in a pretty good place now, it’s just a shame that they didn’t pay as much attention to the other things that make Halo games so special.

We have every reason to talk about Halo 6 my friend.

I honestly do believe that 343 reads these forums even though they may not post very often, and when I discuss H6 as a fan I just want to make sure my feedback is heard, that’s all. 3 years flies by before you know it. We know they’re already working on it, so might as well start making suggestions now. Doesn’t mean I’ve abandoned H5 already though, far from it.

Because Halo 5 was a failure.

Personally I hope they take a little longer than two years to come out with it so they can get the Campaign and Multiplayer at a perfect level. I look forward to Halo 6 for the campaign. But I’ll be happy on Halo 5 multiplayer until then.

Because people like to do that, that’s what the fans have always done but in this case people just want a proper Halo game, talking about it earlier is better than leaving it at the last minute because 343i won’t make any major changes so close to release dates so it makes more sense to discuss it earlier in the development. To avoid the mistakes of Halo 4, 5.

bcause Halo5 is -Yoink-
