Because, face it, they can’t please everyone, think about it, do you think you could make everyone happy. no. but i do commend you for such (some of the time) constructive critism.
Yes there is sprint, some people love it, some hate it

I somewhat agree, there has to be mass outrage for them to even care a little bit.
I agree about sprint. In Reach is was a problem due to loadouts, it was really fast and not everyone had it at times which made sprint an easy tool to use to avoid being killed, which didn’t match Halo Reach’s slow gameplay. If everyone has sprint, no problem, especially if the maps are bigger.

exactly. People are getting fired up over something they are not sure of yet, it could just be a normal gameplay think, it dosen’t mean that AAs are back, and like you said, if everyone has it, fair play
Complaining will lead to more change then not complaining though, and if there’s this much hate towards the new additions even after they’ve been explained in depth then I’m sure that they’ll make sure to add a classic playlist for day 1.

I think that this is the only reason anyone gets annoyed by sprint in Reach, because if you don’t have it and someone else does, there’s a good chance they can get away from you. I mean think about Slayer Pro (kind of a crappy gametype, but the only AA is sprint), if someone runs from you in that gameptype, you can chase them just as easy as they can run from you.
If Halo 4 made sprint a default ability, I think it’d be awesome, and I bet even the people who don’t like the idea of it now would change their mind after they tried it.
