Why not make a larger concept Halo Wars?

I’m talking Civilization Revolution large.
With the approach and size of Infinite I honestly would play a game like that all day. So much lore and possibilities, really hope someone runs with this idea one day.

honestly, could you imagine, a big galaxy map with key locations, and to take one key location you do a match in a specific map for the planet, installation- ect. kindof like old star wars bf2, and the original HW1 skirmish concept, would be an entertaining gamemode.

Somsting like Star Wars EAW would be nice were you have Space and Land Forces of both sides under your command.

Like starting from earth as a lower civilization building an army / space force and start colonizing worlds until you eventually cross pass with your opponent playing at the Covenant πŸ₯². Then when you get to the planet battles it comes down to the now traditional Halo Wars game play. So many possibilities bro. I like your idea about installations too, that would be a crazy spin to the whole concept.

Shoot with Microsoft talking about quantum computing coming in the future of gaming, I’d like to see some crazy Halo, No Mans Sky size to it πŸ₯². A man can dream tho

Would be epic, you could pick leaders like now and like Civ, here’s what leaders I would want:

  • Prophet of Regret - Old-school covies
    – Covenant as seen in HW1
    – Strong production

  • Tartarus - Brutes
    – Brute-specific forces
    – Savage
    – Units are individually stronger
    – Reduced production

  • Yapyap - Grunts
    – Grunt-specific forces
    – Dumb, yet smart
    – Strength in numbers
    – Production bonuses

  • Colony - Lekgolo
    – Lekgolo-specific forces
    – Heavy focus on vehicles and tanky units

  • Modern Arby (can’t remember his name) - SoS
    – Sangheili-specific units, with lekgolo and Unggoy support
    – Has some human tech

  • Atriox - Banished
    – As see in HW2
    – More brute-focused, but has more diversity
    – Vehicles are semi-crude

  • Gravemind - Flood
    – Focused on taking-over units

  • Laskey, Cutter, or select UNSC Leader - UNSC
    – As seen in Halo 4
    – Some covie tech, but mainly UNSC tech

  • John 117 - Spartans
    – Heavy focus on spartans and ODST

  • Rebel Leader - Rebels
    – Little bit of every faction (excluding flood)
    – Vehicles look make-shift

  • Didact - Forerunner
    – As seen in Halo 4
    – Some covie units (unggoy, sanheili, brutes, jackals, etc.)
