Why doesn’t frankie and 343 make everyone happy?

Ranked and Social playlist like halo 3? Why do they side with half of the community and not the others

whats so difficult with pleasing both sides of the arguement… hence ranked and social playlist… why does he just side with ppl who dont want ranks…

why not make every1 happy?

Why do you have to change what halo has been since the begining of online halo with h2 and 3 having ranking?

I agree both social and ranked should come back.

It only makes sense to bring them back since halo 3 had it.

If they had both then the competitive players would have what they want
while the casual would still have what they want.

Bringing ranks only gives you more reasons to play and increases the longevity
of the game.

Please bring back a visible 1-50 ranking system like halo 2 and 3.

Also have casual like halo 3 as well.

This would make me enjoy my halo 4 experience even more.

frankie has some dark child hood experiences with ranking and gradings… his teachers would give him bad grades, and he was put in level 2 classes, ever since then he despise competition and rankings… poor frankie

I would love to see visible 1-50 ranks in addition to what we have now (that means you will have the option to play “social” games or “ranked” games).

Not saying 4’s or Reach’s were better. But Halo 3’s wasnt that much better IMHO

why were they flawed?
There wasn’t even ranked double exp for an entire year. And also, if they were flawed, why did so many people care about having a good w/l?

What flaws are you referring to?

I thought the 1-50 system was great. It was unfortunate that a few people boosted, but I guess it’s unavoidable. There’s no need to can the whole system because a handful of people boosted.

LOL yeah no, they actually weren’t. It was a true skill progressive system that made a lot of sense actually which is why halo 3 has lived 5 years so far, 4 more years then this game will ever live

I would like a ranking system of some kind so that there can be matches where all the players are of equal skill.

But I have no opinion regarding exactly how such a thing could be put in place.

However I do fail to see why it needs to be visible if it’s just about making sure people can opt for matches against equally skilled players - to me asking for it to be visible is asking for a way to brag.

Remember that class your worked your butt off to get an A in? Yeah, I’m changing your grade to a check mark/passing instead.
