I’ve been a little confused as to why 343 has removed UNSC air vehicles from the games since they took over.
It doesnt make any sense to me, the Hornet and even the Falcon were a blast to play with. Especially with friends.

343 has already said they were going to bring back UNSC aircraft. They did not specify which though.

they also didn’t specify in which game. they could “bring back” air vehicles in halo wars 2.
I’d rather see the hawk in the game with hovering capability than the hornet. The Falcon was pretty cool though, honestly flying vehicles don’t last too long in warzone I think the Phaeton is amazingly weak and gets put down by small arms fire such as DMRs with ease. And I fear the same would happen to a UNSC flying vehicle…which would also likely lack the ability to dodge or quick jump to the side in the same way the Phaeton can.

UNSC aircraft has been confirmed that we will be seeing it in the future, I’ll find the link and I’ll post it just as evidence this is true.
Probably cut them because they ran out of time/balancing issues.
Though I don’t see how it would be so hard to just take the coding for the Pheaton and use it for a Hornet, they’re pretty much the same…just take out the phasing.
I’m gonna bet its gonna be a Christmas present!! Yes I did say Christmas! with any luck, it’ll be soon! I could do without the hornet personally but only if they added the chaingun to the falcon

What’s your source? Have they specified when? Did they say if it’ll be a new vehicle or an old one?
YES! They were so fun! And besides, it doesn’t canonically make sense for a Spartan’s only option for air vehicles to be an enemy air vehicle.

Hawk would be WAY too OP if it was done properly. It’s essentially a flying guasshog with 2 guass turrets and a chaingun. Save the hawk for a campaign mission with the likes of a grizzly. (On a side note, did we get a campaign mission with a ‘campaign only’ vehicle mission? [eg. Halo 4 had pelican mission])
Even the hornet was on the powerful side, they added a variant without rockets because it was so powerful. I’m hoping for falcon, a good team vehicle with hornet in second place. Falcon would need a bit more armour though. Any UNSC vehicle would be welcome though.

that would be sooo coool
